Taking part in the meeting were Liang Liang (Leo), left, a Saint Vincent graduate student from China studying management / operational excellence, and Dr. Gary M. Quinlivan, right, dean of the Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics, and Government. Tsingua University is one of the top business schools in China.
