Eight students who are juniors in the Saint Vincent College Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics and Government are attending the America’s SAP User Group Business One Summit in Dallas, Texas, November 13 to 16. All of the students will be preparing for internships they will be doing with corporations next summer in San Francisco, Arizona, Florida and Ohio which use the popular SAP business software. The students’ travel expenses and participation are made possible by a partial grant from SAP. Accompanied by Robert Markley, on right in back row, Latrobe Specialty Steel Company Sponsored Lecturer in Business Administration at SVC, the students include, seated from left, Marco Zenz, an international business major from Pittsburgh; Angie Lusk, a finance major from Scottdale; Valeri Wilbert, a business management major from Pittsburgh; and Genevieve Devivo, a corporate finance major from Kittanning; standing, from left, are Aaron Wilkinson, an accounting major from Chambersburg; Eric Kubeja, an accounting major from Erie; Nicholas Latterner, an accounting major from Churchill; and Robert Johnson, an accounting major from Latrobe. They will complete online interviews later this semester before receiving their internship assignments.
