SVC Students March for Life in Washington, D.C.

Eighty-nine Saint Vincent College students participated in the 40th annual March for Life on Jan. 25 on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Under the direction of coordinator Mary Kate Kenna of the Saint Vincent College Respect for Life Club, the group was joined by Br. Norman W. Hipps, O.S.B., president, and Fr. Jean-Luc Zadroga, O.S.B., Saint Vincent College Campus Minister. The Saint Vincent delegation was sponsored by the Office of Campus Ministry in cooperation with the campus chapter of the Knights of Columbus and the Respect Life Club. The Saint Vincent group joined with tens of thousands of abortion protestors including about 6,000 marchers from southwestern Pennsylvania.
