Business Instructor Authors Articles, Presentation

Michael Urick, instructor of business in the Saint Vincent College Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics and Government, is the co-author with Vaughn Crandall of a book chapter entitled, “Engaging Conflict While Fostering Cooperation: An Organizational Case Study” published in From Identity-Based Conflict to Identity-Based Cooperation: The ARIA Approach in Theory and Practice edited by Jay Rothman and published by Spring (November 2012).

He published an article, entitled “Exploring Generational Identity: A Multiparadigm Approach” in the Journal of Business Diversity in December 2012.

He is also presenting a paper, entitled “The Presentation of Self and Generational Identity in Organizations” at the 2013 Society for Advancement of Management Conference in Arlington, Virginia in March.
