Equestrian Rider Recognized

Natalie Larson of Harrisburg, a senior majoring in psychology/education at Saint Vincent College, was recently selected as the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association’s (IHSA) National Spotlight Rider of the Month for May.

Larson has served both as president of the Saint Vincent Equestrian Club as well as captain of the college’s club equestrian team.

She is the first Saint Vincent rider to ever qualify for the IHSA zone 6 Region 5 regional championships.

She also completed the USHJA/IHSA College Equestrian Lettering Program.

Larson will be interning at Heritage Acres Inc., Dillsburg, where she will be working with younger riders during their summer camp programs and further enhancing her equestrian skills.
