Fr. Paul R. Taylor, O.S.B., executive vice president of Saint Vincent College, gave the opening prayer in the U.S. House of Representatives at the Capitol in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, Nov. 20. The prayer was televised nationally on the C-SPAN cable network.
