Twelve SVC Students Complete Study Abroad

Twelve Saint Vincent College students studied abroad during the fall semester, it was reported by Ms. Elizabeth Bennellick, director of the Study Abroad Program.

The students include: 

-Sarah Bana, a senior elementary instruction major from White Oak, who studied at the University of Lancaster, England; 

-Courtney Briggs, a senior business marketing major and Operational Excellence minor from Latrobe, Shanghai University Shanghai, China. She also did an internship with Kennametal in Shanghai. 

-Abigail Bryant, a senior business marketing major from Rockford, Tennessee, University of Malaga, Spain. 

-Sara Maurer, a senior psychology major from Pittsburgh (15241), St. Mary’s University College, England. 

-Josh McNutt, a junior international business management major from McSherrystown, Menedez Pelayo International University, Seville, Spain. 

-Bernadette Miller, a senior art history major and history minor from South Lyon, Michigan, John Cabot University, Rome, Italy. 

Completing a four-week, intensive Spanish language program in Cuernavaca, Mexico, were
-William Rummell, a senior marketing major from Ligonier; 
-Brian Rising, a senior international business major from Indiana; 
-Luis Mancebo, a senior communication major from Newark, New Jersey; 
-Gina Wiser, a senior sociology major from Vandergrift; 
-Chansler Poole, a junior biology major from Harrison City; 
- Misti Ross, a senior political science major from Rural Valley.

Saint Vincent College’s Study Abroad Program provides an opportunity for all students to enroll in well-designed academic programs sponsored by recognized colleges and universities throughout the world.
