Richard Schulte, center, a retired director of employee development at Bettis Laboratory, was the second speaker in the fourth edition of the Aging and Spirituality Lecture Series presented by the Saint Vincent College School of Social Sciences, Communication, and Education at the Fred M. Rogers Center on March 19. His presentation was entitled, “Getting By with a Little Help from My Friends.” He was welcomed by Dr. Marybeth Spore, left, dean of the School of Social Sciences, and introduced by Fr. Vernon Holtz, O.S.B., right, associate professor of psychology. Mr. Schulte, a graduate of both Saint Vincent Prep and College, earned graduate degrees at Pitt and Geneva. The final presentation in the series will be Msgr. James Gaston, “Spirituality and Grief,” on Wednesday, April 11 at 3 p.m. Reservations are not required.
