Student volunteers in the Saint Vincent College Office of Service Learning, in conjunction with the Saint Vincent College Art Department and Anthropology Department, One Million Bones Project, CARE, Global Nomads Group and Students Rebuild, will be sculpting bones with clay from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7 in the Student Lounge on the first floor of the Robert S. Carey Student Center on the campus of Saint Vincent College, Latrobe.

The bones are intended to raise awareness of ongoing conflicts in the Republic of Congo, Somalia and other places.

Each hand-crafted bone generates $1 for CARE, a humanitarian organization, donated by the Bezos Family Foundation.
