The show was first produced at the Haymarket Theatre in London on Nov. 19, 1870, partly adapted from Madame de Genlis’s fairy story, Le Palais de Verite.

The show is being co-directed by Casey Ciocco and Jessica Miller. Other members of the production crew include Mark Harris, a junior music and communication major from Belle Vernon, producer; Mitchell Magiera, a sophomore political science major from Jefferson Hills, technical director; and Amanda Schrott, a senior studio arts major from Latrobe, wardrobe mistress.

The group is advised by Penny Lyn Lambright, technical director of the Saint Vincent Theatre. The Club was founded in 2006 by Zachary Luchetti, Laurie Racculia and Dr. Gary Quinlivan.

Saint Vincent Theatre artistic director Colleen Reilly and technical director Penny Lyn Lambright are assisting the students with the production.
