Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center will host Results Through Strategic Planning on Wednesday, Nov. 20 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon at Saint Vincent College. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.

Many businesses spend more time planning their holiday party than they do their success. Other businesses put together plans that are so complex that they never get implemented. Attendees will learn the basic process of putting together a solid, results-driven, actionable plan in this half-day workshop. This workshop will give participants the tools they need to strategically plan for business success. Attendees will leave with energy, vision and focus for 2014; six key areas to plan for; strategies for improving time management, sales, marketing, and team; and a simple yet effective structure for planning a business. Four CPE Other Credits are available on request.

Presenter Ken Sevick is a master coach and owner of ActionCOACH Business Coaching of Western Pennsylvania. After 17 years as a successful executive with a major national retailer, Mr. Sevick joined the ActionCOACH team in 2004. Since then, he has coached business owners, CEOs and their teams in more than 30 different industries helping them to achieve better results in profitability, time management, leadership and team development.

The fee to attend this seminar is $49 ($25 for second person from each business). Included with the registration fee is a one-year subscription (12 issues) to Inc. magazine, valued at $10.
