Students in the Saint Vincent College stained glass class taught by Br. Mark Floreanini, O.S.B., in the Department of Fine Arts of the School of Humanities and Fine Arts, have been designing and installing stained glass panels in the hallway windows of the Alfred Hall administration building for the past three years. Joni Mulvaney, a sophomore art education and theology major from Bakerstown, completes work on a window she designed and crafted. Titled “Yellow Bird,” the 29” x 34” piece utilizing Youghiogheny glass, will be installed over the entrance to the marketing and communications office on the second floor. It is one of nearly 30 projects that have been completed to date.
