Expanded evening and weekend hours have been announced by the Saint Vincent College Office of Admission and Financial Aid.
“Because of the large number of rising seniors who have questions or need assistance as they complete the application for admission process and complete their financial aid forms, it is a challenge to provide service during the normal business day,” commented David Collins, assistant vice president for admission. “So, for the convenience of students and their parents, we have decided to expand our service hours into the evenings until 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays for the next three months.”
In addition, the office will be open on each Saturday in March from 9 a.m. until noon.
Both phone consultation and in-person appointments will be available.
Counselors will have information about Saint Vincent College’s nearly 50 top-ranked academic programs, plus pre-law, pre-medicine and engineering. Merit scholarships of up to $20,000 in renewable awards are available and 100 percent of freshmen receive financial aid.
“Whatever students may dream about their futures, Saint Vincent College is ready to prepare them for success with an excellent faculty and outstanding classrooms, laboratories and other facilities as well as the latest technology,” Collins concluded. “A Catholic and Benedictine values orientation is present in and out of the classroom as part of both academic and extracurricular student life.”
