Br. Nathan Cochran, O.S.B., Director of The Saint Vincent Gallery and Chair of the Department of Visual Arts, authored an article, “Brother Cosmas Wolf, O.S.B.: Nineteenth-Century Church Designer” in Sacred Architecture, the Journal of the Institute for Sacred Architecture, issue 25, 2014.

The story was accompanied by photographs by Jordan Hainsey, assistant to the archabbot.

The article was about the life and work of Brother Cosmas Wolf, O.S.B., who was a 19th century monk of Saint Vincent Archabbey, and prominent church designer for dozens of churches in a ten state area. The article was published in conjunction with work done for last year’s exhibition in The Saint Vincent Gallery on Brother Cosmas.
