Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center will host a seminar entitled, Building a Better Business Plan, on Friday, July 17 at Saint Vincent College from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. Those who are starting a business or working to expand one will need to prepare a business plan. This seminar covers what a business plan is, who needs one and what should be included in it. It will review the three main parts of a business plan, the twelve sections in a business plan outline, the five major reasons for business planning and more. Peter Tulk, senior business analyst at the Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center will present this seminar. The fee to attend is $40 or $35 each person for two or more attendees. This price includes a continental breakfast and program materials. Included with the registration fee is a one-year subscription (12 issues) to Inc. magazine, valued at $10. The Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center is part of a statewide system of university-based economic development organizations, whose mission is to provide high quality education and consulting services to entrepreneurs, to help them start and grow their businesses in the competitive global economy.
