Fifteen Saint Vincent College students are studying abroad this
fall, it was reported by Ms. Elizabeth Bennellick, director of the
Study Abroad Program.
The students are: John Allen, a senior anthropology major from
Berwick, who is studying in Rome, Italy; Crystal Barrett, a sophomore
anthropology major from Bowie, Maryland, studying in Rome, Italy;
Brittany Billow, a junior marketing major from Lititz, studying in
Rosario, Argentina; Allison Botti, a senior arts administration major
from Irwin, studying in London, England; Christine Bullock, a junior
Spanish major from Greensburg, studying in Quito, Ecuador;
Ben Chambers, a senior political science major from Uniontown,
studying in Rome, Italy; Patrick Chmielewski, a junior international
business major from Brunswick, Georgia, studying in Barcelona, Spain;
Alexander Crist, a junior philosophy major from Oakmont, studying in
Munich, Germany; Edward J. Crowe, a junior management major from Saint
Marys, studying in Dublin, Ireland; Leah Delmar, a junior international
business major from Connellsville, studying in Barcelona, Spain;
Amanda Hess, a senior anthropology major from West Chester,
studying in Rome, Italy; Ryan Kilmer, a senior management major from
Mechanicsburg, studying in San Jose, Costa Rica; Amanda Krause, a
senior political science major from Trafford, studying aboard the
Semester at Sea Program which will visit Spain, Morocco, Ghana, South
Africa, Mauritius, India, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong and Japan; Chad
Meholic, a junior marketing major from Saint Marys, studying in
Barcelona, Spain; and Stephanie Pawlak, a junior mathematics major from
Pittsburgh (15234), studying in Dublin, Ireland.
Mr. Allen, Ms. Barrett and Ms. Hess are all studying abroad
with Walsh University and pursuing courses in the art and culture of
Rome, stories and traditions of Rome, elementary Italian, cultural
ecology of Rome, and ethnography of antiquity.
Ms. Bullock, Ms. Barrett, Mr. Crist and Mr. Chmielewski will all be continuing their studies abroad during the spring semester.
Saint Vincent College’s Study Abroad Program, directed by Ms.
Bennellick, provides an opportunity for all students to enroll in
well-designed academic programs sponsored by recognized colleges and
universities throughout the world.
