Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center will host an Advanced Export Series that is designed for export executives who negotiate or are planning to negotiate international contracts and agreements in the form of agent, representative, distributor/wholesaler, joint venture partnerships or licensing agreements. Attendees will gain knowledge in partner selection criteria and learn how to foster successful international business relationships. “International Contracts and Licensing Agreements” will be presented on Friday, November 13 by the International Business Group of Cohen and Grigsby, P.C. “Building a Successful Global Network” will be presented on Friday, November 20 by the SBDC Center for Global Competitiveness, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and Sauereisen. Each program will be held on the Saint Vincent College campus in Latrobe from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes continental breakfast and lunch. Registration deadline is Nov. 2. Participants may register for one or both. This program is co-sponsored by the U.S. Commercial Service and the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission. The Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center is part of a statewide system of university-based economic development organizations, whose mission is to provide high quality education and consulting to entrepreneurs, to help them start and grow their businesses in the competitive global economy.
