Dr. Thomas Cline’s psychometric work with marketing research scales will be published in “Marketing Scales Handbook, Volume III: A Compilation of Multi-Item Measures,” edited by Dr. Gordon C. Bruner II and Paul J. Hensel, and published by American Marketing Association, Chicago. Dr. Cline, associate professor of business administration, has been conducting psychometric studies for 10 years. The primary editor of this volume which is widely distributed among marketing researchers is Dr. Gordon Bruner, professor of marketing and director of the Office of Scale Research at Southern Illinois University.
