Plans are underway for the WestPACS Fall Job Fair, scheduled for Thursday Nov. 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Monroeville ExpoMart. There are now 104 registered employers for the Fall Job Fair with nine new companies registering in the past week. Over 125 employers are expected to attend. There is a noticeable increase in employers seeking technical majors, especially engineering majors. There are many employers seeking business majors such as accounting/finance, sales and marketing, and management. Other majors that are heavily sought include criminal justice, communication/public relations, computer science and social/human services. Students may do a search for full-time jobs and internships at www.westpacs.org. The deadline for signing up is Tuesday, Nov. 8, in Career Services, located on the ground floor of Prep Hall. This year students who register and attend the job fair are eligible for a refund of their $5 admittance fee.
