Parent programs offered by the Prevention Projects focus on the positive; on what is good in a family and how to make it even better. These are not counseling programs, but rather means to provide parents with practical advice and ideas that enable them to successfully manage the challenges of parenthood. Parent programs are designed to meet specific needs of the sponsor and draw on a variety of proprietary and published curricula.

This year, the Prevention Projects will also offer a variety of topical presentations, including: Parents Under Stress, My Family/Your Family, Families in Transition, Teen Parenting, Grief and Loss Issues, and Conflict Resolution Strategies.
