Extraordinary performance comes from the organization unlocking the capability that resides within its every individual employee. But realizing this high level of performance can only come about if the company’s leaders have made a genuine, systematic, and long-term commitment to overhauling their business processes, particularly those involving people. Presenter, Bob Stearns, draws on his experiences with Medrad and his work through the U.S. Department of Commerce, in cultivating a sense of ownership and accountability among company employees at every level. Attendees will concentrate heavily on the concept of the inverted pyramid whereas companies put their customers on the top of the pyramid while their higher-level management moves to the bottom. In turn, Mr. Stearns will work with eight main strategies to educate company leaders and their employees to inspire accomplishments in others.
