The program will provide a brief overview of the Pennsylvania’s Workers’ Compensation Act starting with the initiation of a case to the final adjudication or settlement.  Kimberly Craver of Cohen and Grigsby, P.C., will highlight topics such as interplay between Workers’ Compensation, mental stress injuries, compromise and release agreements, and utilization review.  The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) continues to cause employers confusion, and its overlap with other employment laws compounds the problem.  Ronald Andrykovitch, Esq. also from Cohen and Grigsby, P.C. will cover legal developments, practical guidance, and strategies relating to troublesome FMLA issues.  Attendees will learn how to design policies and deal effectively with FMLA issues.
