The Lady Bearcats' Shannon Ballantyne, April Hawkey, and Ashley Whipkey are among 29 Saint Vincent student-athletes named to the 2008 Presidents' Athletic Conference Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

Ballantyne, a native of Fleetwood, PA and graduate of Brandywine HS, recently completed her junior season and is a Management major.

Hakwey, a graduate of Greensburg Salem HS and native of New Alexandria, PA, recently completed her senior season for the Lady Bearcats, and graduated with a degree in Environmental Science.

Whipkey, a junior is an Elementary Instruction major, and is a native of Dunbar, PA and graduate of Connellsville HS.

The PAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes sophomores, juniors, and seniors who achieved a grade point average of 3.6 or higher during their season of competition. A total of 316 student-athletes from the PAC's 10 member schools were honored for spring 2008.
