The Lady Bearcats opened their Florida trip with a pair of losses in Cocoa Beach.

St. Mary's of the Woods College defeated SVC by a score of 15-7 in the opener.  Angela Doyle doubled for Saint Vincent, while Shannon Ballantyne, Bethanie Kern, Leanna Seminsky and Rachel Komarinski each singled.  Angela Sleith took the loss.

In the second game, SVC fell by a score of 13-0 to Saint Anselm.  Kern took the loss, while Doyle (double) and Mollie Stock (single) provided the only Lady Bearcat hits.
