The Presidents' Athletic Conference has announced that five members of the 2009 Lady Bearcat softball team have been named to the Spring 2009 PAC Academic Honor Roll.

The PAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes athletes who attain a term grade point average of 3.6 or higher during their season of competition. The 2009 honorees from the SVC softball team include (listed by Name - Class - Position - Major - Hometown):

- Shannon Ballantyne - Sr - 3B - Accounting - Fleetwood, PA

- Rachel Komarinski - Sr - C - Biology - Jeannette, PA

- Mollie Stock - Sr - P/1B - Psychology - Waynesville, OH

- Maura Wahl - Sr - OF - Communication - Pittsburgh, PA

- Ashley Whipkey - Sr - P/1B - Elem. Education - Dunbar, PA
