Certified Emerging Leadership Program (CELP)

Course Overview:
The Certified Emerging Leadership Program (CELP) provides an opportunity for campus student leaders and future student leaders the opportunity to learn the theoretical and pragmatic elements to survive and thrive in leadership roles. Whether in the classroom, a club/organization, as a member of an athletic team, or life in general, students need an organized and accessible arena whereby they can make a concerted effort to develop these leadership life skills. Using a pedagogical approach that uses multiple facilitators from the upper administration as well as the academic and student affairs sectors of the college, CELP will expose you to a variety of issues as they relate to leadership.

Advanced Certified Emerging Leadership Program (ACELP)

Course Overview:
The Advanced Certified Emerging Leadership Program (ACELP) allows students to continue their study of leadership from the Certified Emerging Leadership Program (CELP). Students do not attend weekly sessions, but participate in small group activities that allow leadership skills to be applied.
