Terry Noel, Chief

Terry has been employed at Saint Vincent College for the past 25 years.  He is currently employed as the Fire Chief and Purchasing Manager.  He became a firefighter with Saint Vincent Fire Department in 1986.  He served as Assistant Fire Chief from 2001 until June 2005, when he assumed the role of Fire Chief.  While working full-time at Saint Vincent, Terry attended class at Saint Vincent and completed his B.S. in Business Management in 2000 and his M.S. in Management:  Operational Excellence in 2009.  He is a retired member of Lloydsville VFD.  Terry is working to obtain his EFR certification.
