Mitchell Samick, 1st Assistant Chief
Mitchell Samick was an active member of the Saint Vincent Fire Department from 1999-2003. He is a graduate of Saint Vincent College having earned his B.A. in History with a minor in Secondary Education in 2003 and M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction in 2005. He has been active in the fire service for a total of ten years and is currently the Captain of the Lloydsville Fire Department where he has been a member for 7 years. Mitch has completed the Essentials of Firefighting and is state certified as both a Vehicle Rescue and Swift Water Rescue Technician. In additon, he has the following National and International Certifications: - Hazmat Awareness (Pro Board)
