Setter Kristin Hozak and outside hitters Jaime Kelly and Natalie Hozak all received Presidents' Athletic Conference Coaches Honors for their play this season. Kristin Hozak, a senior, enjoyed a record-breaking season. A native of Mount Pleasant, PA, she finished the regular season with 1,562 assists and 92 service aces, both school records. She also averaged 3.33 digs, good for third on the team. Kelly, a junior from Warren, OH, led the Presidents' Athletic Conference with 4.36 kills per game, while adding an average of 4.2 digs and 0.69 blocks per game. Natalie Hozak enjoyed a fine freshman campaign, leading the Lady Bearcats with an average of 4.7 digs per contest, while adding averages of 2.78 kills and 0.55 blocks along with 32 service aces. The Lady Bearcats, coached by Sue Hozak, finished the regular season with a 23-9 record, their third consecutive year with over 20 wins. PAC Coaches Honors are the equivalent of all-conference recognition for schools, like Saint Vincent, that are provisional members of NCAA Division-III and the PAC.
