Saint Vincent College guards Laura Klimchock and Janelle Reed have each received Presidents' Athletic Conference Coaches Honors for the recently completed 2007-07 season.

PAC Coaches Honors are the equivalent of all-conference recognition for players from schools, like Saint Vincent, that are in provisional status at the NCAA Division-III classification.

Reed enjoyed a breakout junior campaign, leading the PAC in three-pointers (61) and placing fifth in the conference in scoring (17.0 points per game.)  She also placed in the conference's top 10 in steals, averaging 2.1 per contest.

Earlier this season, Reed, a native of Saltsburg, PA, set a new school mark by making eight three pointers, en route to a career-high 34 points, in a win over Chatham University.  She scored over 30 points twice this season, over 20 points eight times, and in double-figures in 22 of SVC's 25 games.

Klimchock, the 2006-07 PAC scoring leader, enjoyed a solid senior season, despite missing five games due to injury.  She scored an impressive 14 points per game, good for seventh in the PAC, while she was fifth in the conference in free-throw shooting, connecting on 93 of 115 attempts from the stripe (81 percent).

She also averaged 3.3 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game, while adding 30 steals.  A native of Greensburg, PA, Klimchock finished her career with 1,322 points, placing her ninth all-time in program history.  This is the second consecutive season that she received PAC Coaches Honors.
