Laura was thrust into a starting role midway through last season, and the freshman performed well beyond expectations at point guard.  She proved that she performs very well under pressure, and looks to see time at the shooting guard spot as well this season.

2004-05: Played in 24 games, starting in 15...Named to the AMC All-Freshman Team...Averaged 9.4 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists while shooting .798 from the charity stripe...Scored a career-high 23 points, connecting on 12 of 13 free throws in 73-60 victory over Seton Hill on Feb. 1...Scored 15, including 13 in the second half, in loss at Roberts Wesleyan on Jan. 28...Scored a game-high 13 in 53-51 victory over Geneva on Jan. 19...Scored 21 in 90-88 overtime loss vs. Roberts Wesleyan on Jan. 7

High School: Played for four seasons at Greensburg Salem, being named All-Section four times and All-WPIAL twice...Named KDKA Student-Athlete of the Week...Two-year member of the GS track team, participating as a jumper and on the 4 x 100m relay squad
