The Lady Bearcats finished the 2007 season with a 14th-place finish at the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships held in Williamstown, Massachussets. 

Senior Laura Magnuson led the SVC runners, finishing in 16th place out of 242 runners with a time of 23:39.  Katherine Stodola finished in 71st, with a time of 25:26, followed by Laura Ziegenfus (96th place), Amanda Connell (99th), Emma Goetz (104th), Kelly Cunningham (118th), and Tausha Varner (144th).

A total of 31 teams competed, with Williams College, the host school, capturing the team title.  Amherst came in second, and Middlebury third.  The Lady Bearcats finished with a score of 386.
