Lady Bearcat coach Tom Harbert has announced that Rachel Horne will attend Saint Vincent College beginning in the fall, and plans on joining the Lady Bearcat cross country team.

Horne, a native of Latrobe, is set to graduate from Greater Latrobe HS this spring. She was a four-year member of the Greater Latrobe HS cross-country squad, which captured the 2007 WPIAL Class AAA championship in November.

In addition to running cross country, Horne is also a member of the Greater Latrobe Letterman's Club, as well as the National Art Honor Society.
