Fees

The student Health Fee covers visits with the nurse or doctor, along with coverage for over-the-counter medications and in-stock prescription medications.  There is no charge for equipment borrowed from and returned to the Wellness CenterT

The counseling services in the SVC Wellness Center are covered by the Health Fee, and may be used by any student who is enrolled in classes at Saint Vincent College.  Costs associated with counseling and mental health services at off campus facilities (hospital, private practice psychological or counseling services, etc.) are the responsibility of the student.  The student’s insurance provider may pay costs associated with off-campus counseling or mental health services in part or in full.  Students are encouraged to contact their insurance provider in circumstances of off-campus counseling and mental health services.

Wellness Center Hours of Operation

Fall & Spring Semesters

  • Health Services are available 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday
  • Appointments with physicians are scheduled on campus Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9:00-11:30 AM, and off campus as needed Monday through Friday.

  • Counseling Services are available 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday.

  • Summer

  • Health Services are available 9am to 3pm Monday-Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Appointments with a Physician are available by appointment off-campus Monday-Friday
  • Counseling Services are not available during the summer months
