The Lady Bearcats ended the 2008 campaign on a high note, defeating Wilson 1-0 in double overtime.

Maryellen Baverso scored the game winner in the second extra session, her team-leading sixth goal of the season.

Megan Vargo earned the shutout win in goal.

With the win, the Lady Bearcats end the most successful season in team history, finishing with an 8-11 record.
