Jym Walters joins the Saint Vincent coaching staff after a very successful tenure at Greater Latrobe Area High School, where he coached both lacrosse and field hockey.  He graduated from Saint Vincent in 1996 with a degree in Sociology, and then continued his studies at Florida State University, receiving a Masters in Higher Education/Sports Administration.  It was during this time that he got his feet wet in the coaching ranks, serving as an intern for the women’s tennis team at Florida A&M University. He also served as an assistant tennis pro in Orlando, FL before moving back to the Latrobe area and beginning his high school coaching career.

While at Saint Vincent, Jym was a four-year member of the cross country and tennis teams, and also played lacrosse for one season.  He also serves as the Saint Vincent College Coordinator of Campus Recreation.
