The Lady Bearcats took part in the Cleland Eckles Invitational, hosted by Westminster College, at the New Castle Country Club. As a team, Saint Vincent finished in fourth place in the windy and muddy conditions, with a team score of 435, just one stroke out of third place. Taylor Bianco led the Lady Bearcats individually, finishing in fifth place with a score of 95. Teammate Natalie Caratelli took seventh place (98), while Marlie Strosnider finished in 13th and Sara Stefanik 22nd. Washington & Jefferson took the team title, with a cumulative team score of 375. Westminster finished second (421), Grove City third (434), and Thiel fifth (522). W&J's Alison Lazorchak took first individually, with a score of 88. SVC returns to action on Thursday, hosting the Saint Vincent Invitational at Glengarry Links beginning at 10am.
