Dr. Hisker is also an adjunct faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University where he teaches Public Finance. He holds an honorary Professorship at Shandong University, PRC with the Department of Environmental Science.

Dr. Hisker is currently pursuing a masters degree in theology at Saint Vincent College and teaches the Business Ethics classes required for all business majors. Hisker has two impressive publications on business ethics which he ecently presented in Geneva, Switzerland and Honolulu, Hawaii. Hisker is also very active in consulting.

Dr. Hisker earned his bachelor of arts degree from Saint Vincent College, his masters degree in Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma, and his PhD from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh.
