Online Commencement Form
All graduates participating in the Commencement ceremony are required to complete the Online Commencement Form between Wednesday, October 21 and Friday, November 6. This will provide a single location to gather all information regarding Commencement, eliminating the need to communicate with multiple offices. Through this form, graduates will be able to:
- Order first four (4) ceremony tickets
- Confirm attendance at Commencement and Reception
- Order academic attire
- Order name cards for announcements
- Confirm phonetic spelling of name to be read at ceremony
- Confirm major for listing in program
- Request special needs passes and tickets
Phase 2 Online Form Now Available!
During Phase 2 of the ticketing process (November 16 – December 4), graduates will be able to order additional tickets for the ceremony, confirm attendance, confirm phonetic spelling of name, confirm major, and request special needs passes and tickets. Name cards for announcements and academic attire will not be available during Phase 2, due to the lead time necessary for ordering.
