This will be Rayshell’s first season in the green and gold after transferring from Seton Hill where she played for one season.  At Damascus High School, she started for four seasons, being named a First Team All-County, All-Gazette, and All-Coaches Team selection.  The daughter of Cindy and Warner Clipper, Rayshell is majoring in Communication, with hopes to go into the advertising field after graduating.
