Meredith was the fifth leading scorer on the team in 2006, scoring 11 goals. A four-sport athlete at Towson Catholic HS, she competed in soccer, lacrosse, basketball and swimming. She earned Team MVP awards in both soccer and lacrosse, and was named All-Conference in soccer. She served as a team captain for both sports as well.

A Philosophy major with a minor in Psychology at SVC, Meredith is the daughter of Victoria Ruffing.
