Former Lady Bearcat captain Jen Perestock has been named head women's lacrosse coach at Chambersburg, PA's Wilson College.

She was a four-year member of the Lady Bearcats (2001-05), and the co-captain set a team record for draw controls, and was selected to play at the NCAA Division-II North/South Senior All Star Game at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County, where she scored two goals for the North team.

Lady Bearcat head coach Tom Harbert said, "I recruited Jen from Hampton High School, and she developed into a tremendous offensive player at attack wing and at center."

A native of Hampton, PA, Perestock has also served as both assistant lacrosse coach and assistant field hockey coach at Greater Latrobe HS, and was also an assistant field hockey coach at SVC under head coach Jym Walters.

She graduated from Saint Vincent with a degree in education, and has also served as a substitute teacher in the Greater Latrobe school district since 2005.

Perestock has already started her duties at Wilson, an NCAA Division-III school, where she will be responsible for all coaching and recruiting duties.
