The Lady Bearcats dropped a 2-0 decision to Lycoming College on the road, but put together perhaps their best team effort of the season.

Lycoming scored a pair of goals in the first half, and SVC was unable to respond with a goal of their own, but Coach Becky Stewart was encouraged by their overall effort.

"This was definitely our best game of the season. Everyone played well. I'm disappointed with the final score, but happy with how we played."

SVC is now 1-8 on the year, and will travel to Ohio on Tuesday to face Baldwin-Wallace College.
