The Lady Bearcats completed the 2008 Presidents' Athletic Conference Championships with a seventh place finish. Day 1:
The Lady Bearcat 200yd Freestyle Relay squad, consisting of Olivia Cinberg, Karli Buday, Sarah Denning, and Amanda Haile took sixth place with a time of 1:47.22. In the 400yd Medley Relay, the foursome of Katie Bittner, Cinberg, Buday, and Haile took seventh place. Bittner was the top Lady Bearcat finisher in the 500yd Freestyle, taking 13th place with a time of 5:37.97. Cinberg took 16th in the 50yd Freestyle, finishing just three-tenths of a second out of the top 10. Day 2: The 200 Medley Relay team of Katie Bittner, Karli Buday, Olivia Cinberg and Sarah Denning finished sixth for Saint Vincent, while Buday took 16th in the 400IM Final. Cinberg finished sixth in the 100 Fly, while Bittner was 13th and Amanda Haile 15th in the 200 Free Final. In the preliminaries, Haile set a new school record with a time of 2:04.99. Another school record was set in the 800 Free Relay, as Haile, Bittner, Molly Michael and Denning finished in a time of 8:46.53, good for sixth.
Day 3:
In the 1650 Free, Bittner set a new SVC record, finishing in ninth place with a time of 19:28.88. Haile took 14th in the 100 Free, Cinberg 7th in the 200 Fly, while Buday and Haile finished in 12th and 16th, respectively, in the 200 Breaststroke. In the final event of the weekend, the Lady Bearcat 400 Freestyle relay squad of Cinberg, Denning, Bittner, and Haile set a new school mark with a time of 3:51.60, good for sixth place overall.
