President Jim Towey and his wife, Mary, dedicated the newly refurbished tennis courts on the Saint Vincent campus in preparation for the women's tennis season.

Mrs. Towey sent the ceremonial first serve over the net to her husband in front of a crowd of players, parents and alumni.  

The entire group then enjoyed a picnic and had an opportunity to test out the new surface, which was paid for by a recent grant.

The Lady Bearcats host Seton Hill University on Friday afternoon at 4PM to begin the season.
