MSMOE Program Earns High Rankings

LATROBE, Pennsylvania – Saint Vincent College’s Masters of Management: Operational Excellence (MSMOE) program has made the list as one of Value College’s Top 20 Best Online Master’s in Management Programs in the U.S., as well as one of the Top 25 Best Value Master’s in Management Programs in the country.

Value College’s rankings are based on a school’s cost, reputation (as determined by and average annual alumni salary (via data from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard).

“Saint Vincent College’s MSMOE is a unique master’s in management degree program that defines the concept of management as an integral combination of organizations, people and the process,” the website states. “Degree graduates possess refined leveraging techniques and problem-solving skills and are ready to take over leadership positions within various disciplines and industries.”

The website goes on to state, “The McKenna School of Business, Economics and Government is one of the best-known business schools in Pennsylvania and has earned a national reputation for staying at the forefront of business education.”

This is just the latest in a number of accolades earned by Saint Vincent’s MSMOE program. Most recently, it placed 32nd in U.S. News and World Report’s 2019 ranking of top Non-MBA Business Online Graduate Programs.

The MSMOE program at Saint Vincent has produced solid job placements and advancement opportunities for its graduates, while it has created partnershipS with a number of notable businesses across the region, including Excela Health, Kennametal, Hamill Manufacturing, Norma, the Institute for Supply Management Pittsburgh Affiliate and the Elliott Group. These partners serve as advisers to the program to ensure that the curriculum is applicable to business needs, and also serve as conduits to provide students with hands-on managerial and continuous-improvement experiences.
