Planning an event, no matter what size, requires attention to detail, patience, creativity, and time. At Saint Vincent College, our Event and Conference Services staff is here to make planning an event easier. With more than 60 years of combined experience, our staff carries clients through the event, step-by-step, making sure organizers and guests receive Benedictine hospitality and an exceptional event experience.

Saint Vincent College campus is home to a variety of unique and diverse facilities suited to host a wide array of events:

• The Fred M. Rogers Center, a LEED Gold Certified building which contains The Conference Center
• Classrooms
• Athletic fields
• The Sis and Herman Dupre Science Pavilion
• The Robert S. Carey Student Center which houses The Performing Arts Center, Gymnasium and Frank and Elizabeth Resnik Pool
• Multiple Residence Halls

Our event and conference planning experts ensure that all needs are met through our office, including but not limited to: room rentals, set ups, lodging, dining, campus signage, equipment rental, audio visual and technology services, campus shuttles and registration services.
