LATROBE, PA — Saint Vincent College is pleased to announce the inaugural Saint Vincent Galleries Community Day, a family-friendly event uniting the Verostko Center for the Arts and the Foster and Muriel McCarl Coverlet Gallery in welcoming the broader community to explore and engage with art and heritage.

The open house event with hands-on family-friendly activities is scheduled for 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Verostko Center for the Arts and Foster and Muriel McCarl Coverlet Gallery on campus.

Admission to both galleries and all activities is free, fostering access and connection for neighboring families, friends and lifelong learners.

“We are delighted to open our doors to the local community for this special day,” said Amy Roadman, public outreach and programming coordinator for the Verostko Center for the Arts. “Our mission is to inspire through art.
