LATROBE, PA – Saint Vincent College is well represented on the Pittsburgh Business Times’ seventh annual Power 100 list. Rich DiClaudio, C’81; Michael Keslar, C’80; and David Roger, C’91, are rated among the most influential business leaders in the Pittsburgh area.
The Power 100 is a compilation of executives, leaders and builders who are defining the future of the region as they steer their teams, companies and organizations through challenges and opportunities. The list is chosen by the Pittsburgh Business Times’ editorial staff with input from community members.
DiClaudio in 2016 was named a Saint Vincent College Alumni of Distinction and is a former member of the College’s Board of Directors. He excels in a number of leadership roles, including as president and CEO of the Energy Innovation Center Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides innovative workforce development training in the Pittsburgh region. He also serves as managing director and CEO of Bedford Management Partners, an advanced energy solutions and advisory services firm.
With decades of experience in private equity, energy and technology industries, DiClaudio hopes to play a profound role in the possible development of the energy supply from the growing data center and artificial intelligence facilities being constructed.
Bedford Management Partners and Exus Renewables North America announced in July 2025 a partnership for the development of onsite power plants for data centers, beginning in Texas but eyeing strategic points all over the country. Additionally, DiClaudio’s Energy Innovation Center Institute could expand its reach to a national scale.

In 25 years with the foundations—the private foundation administers 18 philanthropies associated with the Hillman family—Roger has been involved with a wide range of initiatives, including the Hillman Center for Pediatric Transplantation at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Hillman Center for Future Generation Technologies and the Center for Energy at the University of Pittsburgh.
