Yara Acaf (Ph.D. in Advertising, University of Texas at Austin) is passionate about environmental and sports communication research as well as the role of artificial intelligence in pedagogy. She has previously worked at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission in Western Asia and appeared on BBC Arabic on several occasions to discuss climate change issues. Yara has published her work in several journals such as Health and Communication, Public Relations Review, Communication and Sport, and International Journal of Sports Communication.
